Australia Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping - $12 AUD

Express Shipping - $15 AUD

International Shipping

New Zealand - $17 AUD

Rest of the World - $25 AUD

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

For all orders placed before 11am AEST, we endeavour to have these processed and shipped within the same business day. Orders will only be dispatched Monday-Friday, and orders placed over a weekend or public holiday in QLD, Australia will be dispatched the next business day. Please note during launch and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching your orders.

All Australian orders are sent out via Australia Post. Currently, Standard Shipping is 2-6 business days, and Express Shipping is 1-3 business days.

All International Orders are sent out via Australia Post. Once they arrive in your country, they’re transferred to a trusted local delivery partner for final delivery. Currently, New Zealand Shipping is 5-8 days, Asia Pacific Shipping is 4-8 days and US / Rest Of The World is 7-12 days.

Please note: Customs processing, public holidays can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking details.

USA SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the recent Tariff update on all products manufactured outside of the USA as of April 2025. The U.S. Customs now applies tariffs to all imported goods, regardless of value due to recent policy changes.

As a Small Business we have decided to put a pause on all USA orders due to the Tariffs. We don’t want any of our customers to have to pay huge unexpected taxes on their orders.

This is temporary and we will keep you updated when we are able to resume shipping there.

RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love your Basq & Mai pieces as much as we do. If you wish to return your items, our returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order within the form of a exchange or store credit.

Please take a moment to review our returns and refunds policy:

  • Hygiene sticker must be attached to the product

  • Tags must be attached to each product

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or simply change of mind

  • Please note that all sale items are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted
